Mark Rossi
President & Operations Manager

Since 1996, Mark has been in the technology field, working in various positions over the years such as a Hardware Technician, Network Manager, Network Engineer and IT Consultant. Mark holds a degree in Telecommunications Management with minors in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Mark remains an active member of IEEE and certifications in Cisco, Microsoft, Polycom and Adtran technologies. Mark serves as the lead technical advisor to national clients with varying technology requirements. Mark is responsible for multi-office system design and implementation, internet design and strategy, and secure data recovery.

Al "Chip" Lynch

Since 1996, Chip has been providing technical services consulting to hundreds of small and medium business customers. Chip has a roll up your sleeves-whatever it takes, approach to customer service and solving difficult technical issues that are cost effective, timely, and proven. Chip is continuously sought after, and referred by high level executives and business owners for his consulting services on networks, computers, servers, security, internet and all other aspects of technology as it relates to running a successful business.

John Lilienthal
Director of Marketing and Sales

John heads the sales, marketing and customer success team. He is dedicated to making every customer encounter with KML a rewarding and pleasurable experience. John's background is many years technical sales, marketing and customer service. He has worked for both large and small companies and translates this experience into creating the best outcomes for KML customers. John travelled the country and the world as a Marine Officer and is an avid scuba diver and backpacker. When he isn't working, he is travelling to find the best outdoor experience on the hiking trails or under the water.

Dan Hight
Director of Managed Services

Daniel Hight encourages his team of technicians to find solutions for issues that are either prohibiting our clients' production or preventing the growth of the clients' business. While earning multiple certifications from such companies as Microsoft, Digium, and CompTIA, he brings over 10 years of experience working with small and medium size businesses on a daily basis. He prides himself on not only making sure that the client's problem is resolved quickly and efficiently, but providing friendly, professional service while doing so. In his spare time, if Dan isn't watching his favorite sports teams, he can often be found enjoying a round of golf.

Dan Williams
Network Engineer

Daniel Williams enjoys serving as an IT consultant to our clients, helping them address day-to-day technology challenges; working to identify and implement technology solutions for them that are both effective and efficient long-term. While bringing years of IT industry experience to the table, Daniel holds certifications in some of the most reputable technologies covering such areas as: Switching/Routing, Security/Firewalls, Servers, StorageAreaNetworks, and VoIP. His experience is vast and dates back to 2001. Daniel is an avid husband, father and Pianist. He holds a degree in Music from Wayne State University and a Master's in Music Recording and Production from University of Miami, Fl


Kevin P. Johnson
Customer Success Manager

Since 1982, Kevin has worked in contract negotiation, sales, marketing, and project management. He spent 15 years overseas working as a government contractor, and here in the states in the private sector, and as a small business owner. Kevin has provided technology solutions to numerous companies and the military worldwide, helping streamline processes and making them more productive. He has obtained a number of technical certifications and IT trade certificates. Kevin is part of the business implentation team working from our Hilton Head Island office, and is responsible for purchasing, project management and renewals. When not working, Kevin enjoys his time out and about on his motorcycle.


David Baker
IT Manager, Consultant and Dispatcher

David has over 25 years working in electrical maintenance, engineering and design, and Information Technology. After his time in the U.S. Air Force he obtained a degree in electrical engineering and has used his talents to maintain and develop testing devices, computer systems, and software. David is responsible for manning our help desk and coordinating the dispatch of technicians in a timely and efficient manner. Working through managed services David performs any needed maintenance and establishes performance thresholds to keep our customer systems tuned and running smoothly. When not at work David enjoys time with his family and is an avid fisherman.


John Meadows
Infrastructure Engineer

John comes to KML with an extensive background in data/voice media installation and design. He is responsible for all cat5/6e, fiber optics, and COAX\CCTV cabling. Making sure that the network infrastructure is done correctly and professionally is extremely important. After all, the computers can’t work if they don’t communicate with the network. When not “pulling wire” John enjoys riding his mountain bike, working on cars, and is an avid reader of U.S and European history.

Michael Andrea
Network Engineer

Michael is originally from and lives in the Boston area. He has been working in the IT industry since 1988 with a degree in Commercial Engineering from ITT Technical Institute. His background in the IT industry includes time as a CAD Designer, CAD Manager, IT Manager and IT Director. After those corporate jobs, he moved to becoming an IT Consultant with an independent firm and continued to solve IT issues with independent clients. Later he started his own IT service firm with clients in the Boston, Philadelphia and Detroit.

Michael and KML met when we provided each other with trusted hands in cities where we each had client offices but no on-site personnel. After working together for several years Michael agreed to assist KML in its help desk space to expand KML's presence to our clients.

Michael remains in the Boston area. When he is not working, he enjoys relaxing at home and coaching youth softball teams.

Kellie Langan
Business Development Manager

Kellie manages KML’s companywide marketing efforts and in the Bluffton, SC office she manages sales and account management. Kellie has several years of marketing and sales experience and keeps her passion alive by attending periodic seminars and webinars each year.  Her first ever marketing project resulted in compelling the local government in her hometown of Middleboro, Massachusetts to install a set of traffic lights at a dangerous intersection. Though born a northerner she has lived in South Carolina for the last 12 years and has fallen in love with the scenic views and the mild winters. She enjoys spending time with her husband Danny and her two rescue Labs Samson and Bodie.

Sam Vatamaniuc
Network Technician

Sam is an Information Technology (IT) professional with broad experience in networking, administration, security, and customer support. He has a Bachelor of Network Security from Baker college. He is highly familiar with a wide variety of security, engineering, networking, and operating system software.Prior to KML, Sam spent three years as a customer support representative at Best Buy helping customers with a variety of computer issues and consulting with them on the proper items to purchase bettering their way of life on the internet.
When he is not working, Sam enjoys hanging out with friends, helping them with technology issues, and working on cars.

Mike Vatamaniuc
Network Technician

Mike is a technician here at KML and has been in the field since 2013. Previously he worked for a company similar to KML. He has a degree in Networking and Security from Baker College and truly enjoys working with people to solve their issues. When he is not working, Mike enjoys repairing, maintaining and customizing cars.
