KML Computer Services was established in October 2004 and is a privately held company. With more than 30 years of IT experience collectively, our executive staff has created a complete technology facility with the ability to cover all of the technology challenges that face today’s businesses. Toomajanian & Bowers, DDS – KML was contracted as the Technology Consultant for the build out of new expanded office for this successful dental partnership, including all structured cabling needs, complete server integration, multi-display systems in examination rooms, a Nortel phone system, and secure remote access for work from home capabilities.

 
 
Dassault Systèmes Simulia Corp. Great Lakes Region – When Dassault Systèmes wanted to move their telephone and data systems and connection to a new telecomm service, they called KML. We provided the structured cabling, 100+ Drops of cat6, and 100+ drops cat5e. We also outfitted their training labs and conference room with in-ceiling projectors, and provided the setup of a standard locked-down environment on their training lab computers.

 
 
DTE Energy – KML was asked to revamp and update the video technology of their conference and training rooms with projectors and smart white board systems along with multi-sourced conference room video/audio connections.  Another project was installing a white noise system to combat cross-talk between office cubicles where large numbers of employees where located in large open office spaces.

 
 
Leon Speakers – KML was asked to design and implement a complete technology solution when the client move into its new manufacturing facility.  This project included complete site design from structured cabling to installation and support of a server, workstations, VoIP phone system, CTE integration, QuickBooks, Act, Email Migration, Email filtering, and the integration of existing workstations into the new server based environment.

 
 

Dearborn Public Schools – KML partners with the Dearborn Public School system in an advisory role, filling gaps in the training and knowledge of the current DPS IT staff. In 2004, KML guided and supported the district through a multi-million dollar network integration project that consisted of a Cisco switched network connecting 35 sites via private fiber network, as well as an EMC SAN connect to Microsoft and Apple server technologies.
