The key components of the SDLC are the following:

Planning - Often times the planning of business objectives and the planning of technology objectives do not coincide, thus making it difficult to maximize the impact of a chosen technology investment. In the planning phase we study the objective within the environment to identify all the possible solutions that can be put in place.

Analysis - Throughout this phase, the focus is on the business and not just on technology. Subsequently, we are able to defi ne and prioritize the requirements for meeting the objectives defined in the planning phase. 

Design - The design phase is where we evaluate all the alternative ways to meet the objectives. From this we can present the options that can be taken and help you fi nd the best fit for your organization. A detailed scope of work and specification of the final solution can be generated at this point and the necessary components can be purchased. 

Implement - This phase is often times the most difficult because we are finally starting to make changes to the environment. However, because of proper definition and design, we have a detailed scope that will keep us on track, on time, and within budget. 

Support - After completion of the defined tasks, the support phase follows and is the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the solution during its lifetime.
