Mark Rossi
President & Operations Manager
Mark has over 15 years experience in the technology field, working in various positions over the years such as a Hardware Technician, Network Manager, Network Engineer and IT Consultant. Mark holds a degree in Telecommunications Management with minors in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Mark remains an active member of IEEE and certifications in Cisco, Microsoft, Polycom and Adtran technologies. Mark serves as the lead technical advisor to national clients with varying technology requirements. Mark is responsible for multi-office system design and implementation, internet design and strategy, and secure data recovery.
Al "Chip" Lynch
Vice President & Technical Services Manager
Chip has over 10 years experience in providing technical services consulting to hundreds of small and medium business customers. Chip has a rollup your sleeves-what ever it takes, approach to customer service and solving difficult technical issues that are cost effective, timely, and proven. Chip is continuously sought after, and referred by high level executives and business owners for his consulting services on networks, computers, servers, security, internet and all other aspects of technology as it relates to running a successful business.

Dan Williams
Network Engineer
Dan Williams is the expert our clients rely on to deal with the day-to-day technology concerns of small to medium sized businesses, serving as a consultant in helping them identify and implement technology solutions that will save time and money. Dan holds a degree in music from Wayne State University and a Masters in music recording and production from the University of Miami, as well as several certifications in today’s most advanced technology. He brings 11 years of IT industry experience, and has worked as an IT consultant, network administrator and helpdesk support specialist for renowned technology companies including Hewlett Packard. When he’s away from the office, Dan’s hobbies include playing jazz and classical piano, music composition, studio recording and producing, and playing racquetball.

Dan Hight
Network Engineer
Daniel Hight assists with finding solutions for issues that are either prohibiting our clients' production or preventing the growth of the clients' business. After earning multiple certifications from such companies as Microsoft and CompTIA, he brings over 6 years of experience working with small and medium size businesses on a daily basis. He prides himself on not only making sure that the client's problem is resolved quickly and efficiently, but providing friendly, professional service while doing so. In his spare time, if Dan isn't watching his favorite sports teams, he can often be found enjoying a round of golf.

Jason Lang
Bench Technician
Jason Lang brings over ten years of industry experience to KML, where he specializes in shop upkeep, client relations, consultations, computer customization, computer repair, virus & spyware cleanup, data recovery and remote-computer assistance for the company. He obtained an Associates of Applied Science degree in Computer Networking from ITT and has worked as freelance computer repair technician and a subcontracted computer technician in the past. In his free time, Jason enjoys computer customization, computer repair, video production and editing, filmmaking and watching movies.

John Lilienthal
Business Development Manager
John has over 20 years of sales, marketing and management experience in the technology field, working in various positions over the years as Account Representative, District Manager, Sales Manager and Director of Sales. He also headed a company dedicated to consulting with small and medium businesses to create and improve their marketing and sales programs. John holds a BA Degree from Miami University with MBA work at USC. John also spent 10 years as a Marine Officer in various assignments around the world. John is responsible for all business development activities including marketing and sales.
